Apprentices
We offer apprenticeship opportunities across our business, including a Modern Apprentice in either Automotive Engineering or Electrical Automotive Engineering at our UK manufacturing sites in Falkirk, Larbert and Scarborough.
Our four-year training plan gives you a National Certificate, Higher National Certificate or level 3 vocational qualification. National certificates are gained at a local college on day release. Vocational qualifications are measured against work-based learning.
As our apprentice, you’ll gain versatile experience through lots of hands-on practical training while helping build our innovative buses and coaches.
There are opportunities to progress further and complete qualifications in your field at Higher National Diploma or degree level.
We believe that apprenticeship schemes bring enormous value to our team, our business and our local communities, and we’re proud that many of our apprentices stay with us as they embark on diverse and successful careers.
